Who we are

A united team of Physicists, Chemists, Computer Scientists and Developers - transforming R&D forever

Electric Ant Lab is a young, dynamic company based in Amsterdam’s renowned Science Park. We’ve combined novel scientific models and complex computing to create RheoCube - a breakthrough Simulation-as-a-service tool. This on-demand, scalable tool helps companies to transform their R&D processes. Everyday we use our computing and science skills to share ideas, innovate and make RheoCube the best it can be.

Our clients are among the largest R&D companies in the world, ranging from the food industry, to coatings, to personal care. In line with our fast growth, we are rapidly expanding our team. A closer look at EAL roles

Life at Electric Ant Lab comes with a variety of perks and benefits fit for the modern scale up. But why take it from us? Well, take a peep at our interview series with EAL employees to learn more!

"I wanted to try something new and challenging in the private sector. I saw this vacancy for scientific consultancy at Electric Ant Lab and was intrigued by the idea of using software to simulate complex fluids."

A peculiar mix of backgrounds and nationalities

Working at Electric Ant Lab is not your ordinary 9-5 office job. Our scientists are creating new and cutting edge science with every release we put out there. Software engineers are chosing EAL over any other tech role in Amsterdam because it offers them a chance to shape a product using their own insights and judgement.

Life at EAL is fun and challenging. You get to meet people from all different kinds of backgrounds both in university degree as in nationality. Last time we counted, we had 15 different nationalities in our team. The challanging part is both in the fact that we're a growing company and in the new stuff we build and do everyday.

Yes, we'll have lunch together. Offer great inspiring (internal) workshops and talks. And an end-of-the-day drink is only one suggestion (yours maybe?) away. You get to decide when your days starts and ends.
